Welcome to 'Just Right', where you can take control of your home's heating and cooling with the T9 thermostat. Pair it with Smart Room Sensors (sold separately) to focus on the rooms of your choosing by setting a schedule, or allow the sensors to detect which rooms people are in. The T9 offers a simple installation for a DIY project and intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, guiding you through the setup process.

You can control the T9 using the Honeywell Home app or through voice commands with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, and more. Additionally, the T9 works with utility programs across the US to bring you even more energy savings, and is ENERGY STAR certified.

Keep track of your energy use with the Monthly Energy Report and customize a schedule that adapts to your lifestyle to save even more. You can also check with your energy provider about available energy savings rebates and potentially enroll in a "DEMAND RESPONSE PROGRAM" to earn rewards for allowing the utility to adjust your temperature settings during peak energy demand.

The T9 features an Auto Home and Away mode, allowing you to adjust your thermostat from anywhere using your mobile device or have your home automatically react to your schedule with geofencing. Enhance your comfort by adding Smart Room Sensors to focus the temperature in multiple rooms (Sensors sold separately).

This thermostat is compatible with forced air (gas, oil, or electric), hot water and steam, and heat pumps with electric backup. However, it does not work with electric baseboard heat (120-240V) and requires a C-Wire. The T9 supports Wi-Fi 802.11 B/G/N 2.4 and 5 GHz.

Everything you need for a smarter, simpler setup comes in the box, including a power adapter for compatibility with most homes. Before purchasing, be sure to check for compatibility with your home and determine if a C-wire power adapter is needed.
