Check your thermostat's connected wires and ensure that they meet the installation requirements stated in the product package, which includes a C-wire adapter. If your thermostat has stranded wires or is labeled 120V or higher, your system is not compatible.

Please confirm that you have the R (Rc/RH), Y, and G wires when you use the C-wire Adapter. This product cannot support heating only systems (no C-wire) or high voltage systems (120-240V).

What if there is no C-wire?

The package includes a C-wire adapter and requires your system to have the following wires: 4 wires: W/W1, Y/Y1, G, and R (or Rc or Rh). Or 3 wires: Y/Y1, G, and R (or Rc or Rh). If you do not have these wires, your system may not be compatible with.

1. Why is the temperature display inaccurate 0.5 hours after the temperature control screen is turned on?

If the displayed temperature is inaccurate within 1.5 hours after you install and turn on the temperature control screen, please do not adjust it. The product will adjust itself during this time period.

1. Could the temperature be adjusted manually?

Of course, you can adjust it in "Menu->Settings->T/H Correction".

1. How does the included sensor work?

You can set the working time for the sensor. And during this time, when the presence of a human body is detected, the temperature displayed is the average value of the temperature sensed by the temperature control screen and the sensor.
