Our smart thermostat is compatible with 90% of system types including Conventional (2H/2C) and Heat Pump (4H/2C). It supports natural gas, electric, hot water, gas fireplaces (24 Volts), and oil heat sources. We also provide support for heat pumps and dual fuel systems. Please note that all system types require a common wire (C-Wire). However, it is important to mention that our thermostat does not work with electric baseboard heat (110VAC~240V AC) or millivolt systems. Additionally, it does not support S terminals for indoor and outdoor sensors.

We have recently upgraded the internal chipset and UI design of the thermostat to ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection. Our iterative testing has allowed us to successfully resolve the issue of unstable Wi-Fi connectivity.

Regarding the screen, you have the option to set the screen timeout. Simply tap the setting icon on the Menu page and then tap the "Screen" button to turn on/off the "Screen Saver". If you would like the screen to remain on at all times, you have the ability to turn on the "Screen Saver", or turn it off.

In terms of accuracy, our thermostat is generally accurate, with a deviation of not more than 2F. We have tested it multiple times in various environments to ensure this level of accuracy.

If you do not have a C-wire, you can try the following steps to connect your thermostat, but we recommend confirming with your HVAC manufacturer or an electric engineer first. At the furnace part, you can put the G wire connect to the C terminal and use a black jumper wire to connect G and Y or W (depending on whether you need heat or not). At the thermostat part, simply connect the G wire to the C terminal on the wallplate.

The C-wire, also known as a common wire or "continuous wire", provides a constant source of power to a thermostat or other HVAC.
