The Garystat G701 single stage thermostat is designed to improve the comfort of your home with its large, easy to read backlight display. This upgraded thermostat also features real-time temperature and humidity cycle display, making it easier for you to monitor changes in your home environment.

This non-programmable thermostat is compatible with single stage systems such as gas, oil, or electric furnaces, millivolt systems, and central heating and cooling systems. It is important to note that it is not compatible with 110-240V HVAC systems, heat pump systems with aux or emergency heat, RV thermostats, or multi-stage systems.

The thermostat comes with a range of features including a large LCD display with green backlight, an easy access battery compartment, and separate heating and cooling swing adjustments. It also has separate B and O terminals, room temperature calibration adjustment, and 3-minute compressor delay protection. Additionally, it has display options for Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature, and easy wire coded terminal blocks with universal sub-base. It can be mounted on a wall or a junction box, and is dual powered by 24VAC power or 2 AAA batteries.

The package includes 1 thermostat, 1 installation manual, 1 cable label, and 2 screws and anchors for easy installation. Please note that this thermostat is not compatible with electric baseboard heat systems and it is recommended to check its compatibility with your old thermostat before purchasing.
