Heagstat H725 2-Heat/1-Cool Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat is designed for use with Heat Pump Systems or conventional (central gas, oil, electric furnaces) single stage systems, up to 2 heat 1 cool. It features separate programs for the weekdays and weekends with 4 program periods per day including wake, leave, return and sleep.

Please note that the thermostat is not compatible with 110-240V electric heat systems (like electric baseboard heat, line voltage, convectors, radiant-ceiling heat). Additionally, it does not work with conventional multistage systems, mini split systems, and 12v RV thermostats.

The thermostat offers accurate temperature control of +/-1-Degree F for consistent comfort, with a room temperature display range of 41°F to 95°F and a temperature control range of 44°F to 90°F. It also supports a heat or cool swing set up (0.2°F to 2°F) to prolong or shorten the temperature open time, creating comfortable temperatures to reduce energy usage and save on annual heating and cooling costs.

Additional features include room temperature calibration adjustment, 5-minute compressor delay protection (selectable on or off), an air filter change reminder, and a low battery indicator. The 4.5 sq. inch display with white backlight is easy to see and read, making it suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.

The thermostat is dual-powered, operating on both battery and hardwire 24Vac power, and includes an easy access battery compartment for convenience.
